黃韻玲撞傷孕婦 過失傷害起訴

藝人黃韻玲去年三月初驚傳車禍撞傷孕婦，所幸孕婦送醫後，母子平安，但黃韻玲仍遭對方提出告訴。經台北地檢署偵辦後，檢方認定黃韻玲涉犯過失傷害罪嫌，因此將她提起公訴。

起訴書指出，民國102年3月2號上午八點多，黃韻玲開車行經台北市市民大道左轉天津街時，不小心擦撞到直行騎著機車、懷有三個月身孕的廖姓孕婦，導致孕婦人車倒地，腿部有傷。經紀人出面表示，黃韻玲當天沒有酒駕，車禍發生後雙方都很驚慌，黃韻玲隨即撥打119報案，還隨孕婦搭救護車到台大急診。廖姓孕婦事後對黃韻玲提出告訴。

台北地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信表示，承辦檢察官偵辦後，認定被告涉犯過失傷害罪嫌。

檢方指出，黃韻玲雖辯稱，應該是對方的車速過快，又沒有注意前車狀況才會造成車禍，但檢方調查後，認為辯稱不可採信，因此將黃韻玲起訴。
