【動新聞】反悔拒包養　懷孕高三女被性侵

桃園一名高三女學生，在網路聊天室認識一名蘇姓男子，蘇男提議每月5萬元包養，女生因當時懷孕又跟男友吵架，賭氣答應，但事後又反悔，蘇男逼女生見面，否則要把包養的事告訴家人與同學，女生被帶到摩鐵，蘇男逼她配合，硬把陰莖塞進她嘴裡，女生不斷反抗，但仍被性侵3次，蘇男還要求5萬元精神賠償，當天「抵掉」1萬元，逼她簽4萬元本票。
 
事後女生向朋友求助後報警，並跟法官說，當時有告知對方自己已經懷孕，還不斷咳嗽、哭叫，但仍被性侵，最高法院今天依強制性交等罪，判決蘇男4年8月定讞。（動新聞／綜合報導）
