民進黨主席蘇貞昌今（10）日提出倒閣案，黨內看法分歧。前立委林濁水昨說，倒閣雖符合民意要求，但不會解決問題，因為倒閣案不會過。前立委郭正亮也擔憂，倒閣如沒通過等於是對行政院長江宜樺的「信任投票」，幫忙解套，蘇貞昌反變成馬英九的救星。

林濁水表示，民進黨不能只是提倒閣，因為倒閣是針對行政院長，但造成整個憲政亂象的源頭是馬英九，卻放過主犯柿子挑軟的吃，這不合理，如果要提，除了倒閣，罷免與彈劾也應擇一推動；儘管這些動作注定失敗，但民進黨還是有機會藉此過程進行憲政體制的改造。

林濁水說，民進黨選擇倒閣是從現實面考量，通過的門檻比較低，但立法院長王金平不會支持，因此倒閣不會比罷免、彈劾容易，應該從正當性考量才對。

不僅如此，前民進黨立委郭正亮更直言，聽到蘇貞昌要發動倒閣，相信這會讓行政院長江宜樺擁有「最快樂的一天」；因為，「有人」硬要推不可能通過的倒閣，不只是幫馬政府解套，更是讓江宜樺獲得「信任投票」，使得江獲得一年內不會再被倒閣的保障，也讓江的施政報告無條件上台，怎麼會是聰明的？他認為，倒閣沒有解決任何問題，還幫江宜樺解套，蘇貞昌也變成馬英九的救星。
