【洪安怡／新竹報導】今晚國慶煙火的施放地點新竹南寮漁港，屬於低密度開發區，區域內多為透天產品，大樓較少，因此大樓的視野佳，可遠望海景，如「天際」、「浪琴」、「原川淨」等高樓層住戶，今晚都有機會遠眺國慶煙火。

寶辰不動產總經理李明豪表示，當地20年以上的公寓，每坪約11萬元。屋齡7年內的透天，地坪26~27坪，建坪75坪，總價800~900萬元，大樓則訴求景觀，高低樓層價差大，高樓層約每坪15~16萬元，低樓層每坪12~13萬元。當地預售案不多，春福建設的「Hi YOUNG」是目前南寮地區推出的最高大樓，每坪17~19萬元。還有晟家建設推出的別墅產品「新旅居」，地坪23~31坪、建坪65~90坪，總價1068~1423萬元。
