針對民進黨主席蘇貞昌今（10）日上午正式宣布在立法院提出不信任案倒閣，台聯黨主席黃昆輝表示，台灣的亂源是馬英九，倒閣後馬英九也還是繼續推出傀儡閣揆，執行馬的意志，根本無法解決台灣當前的問題，不過，既然民進黨已發動倒閣，台聯基於捍衛台灣本土派必須團結的立場將會加入倒閣。

黃昆輝今天上午前往貢寮核四廠參與廢核環島行腳活動，參與反核四活動，被媒體問到關於民進黨將發動倒閣案時所做的回應。

黃昆輝說，現在馬英九處心積慮要剷除王金平，因此對民進黨發動倒閣，馬英九很可能會暗助讓倒閣成功，以達到解散國會的目的。在當前單一選區兩票制、票票不等值的情形下，雖然馬英九民調低迷，但光金、馬、花蓮、台東及原住民等本土派就先輸10席，新產生的國會本土勢力要突破半數仍有極高難度。如果國會改選本土勢力無法一舉過半，則新國會等於讓馬英九以新民意鞏固權力，谷底翻身以加速推動兩岸政治進程。同時，馬英九尚可藉黨主席的提名權，在黨內剷除異己定於一尊，倒閣、解散國會是馬英九的最佳脫困方案。

黃昆輝說，馬英九所做所為毀憲亂政，讓台灣陷入空前的憲政危機，他才是台灣的亂源，倒閣只是更換閣揆換湯不換藥，對倒馬無助於事，反而有助馬脫困，讓馬敗部復活的風險。台聯過去推動罷免馬英九連署，將會繼續推動，對於民進黨倒閣的提案，基於捍衛台灣本土派必須團結的立場，指示台聯立委加入倒閣，但也有必要將此舉之風險及可能的後果向人民說明清楚，以對歷史負責。
